Production Infrastructure and Capacity
MGS Maripak Great Silver Ambalaj manufactures 5-layer co-extruded POF (Polyolefin) shrink film at our Balıkesir Organized Industrial Zone facility. Built on the Great Silver Pack technology partnership, the plant runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Our 5-layer co-extrusion lines are designed to scale to 40 tons per day. The infrastructure was specified for capacity expansion from day one, leaving headroom for distributor growth without supply pinch points. International polymer specialists run the production line; the Balıkesir operation is the single accountable party for production and dispatch.
Maripak has manufactured shrink-packaging machines in Turkey since 1989 and operates as a separate company from MGS. The relationship lets MGS film be tested and tuned on real shrink-packaging machines before it ships, which is something pure film manufacturers cannot replicate.
